"The food was below my expectations and unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel needs to immensely improve. Too much dust is gathered everywhere in the room. Really disappointed by the fact that Shangrila is a worldwide recognised brand, but could not provide clean and comfortable rooms. Location is troublesome, in the middle of nowhere. However, the service was hospitable and kind. "
