We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect! Our room was very clean which is what I appreciate most when I am staying anywhere. The building is very modern and there are all the amenities and appliances available in your room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The area is quiet and peaceful, very close to most food places and walking distance from the beach. The overall aesthetic of this place is 10 out of 10. Staff were very efficient and prepared when we were checking in and out. Would definitely recommend!!!!

A t wait to go back
Great hotel next to one of the best beaches on the island. Room was spacious and you can not beat the view.
Other than the large deposit/hold that we weren’t notified about before we arrived, this hotel is nice. Just ask for washcloths and beach towels for each guest prior to entering your unit. If you ask afterwards, you will ask continuously without any action. Security was on site as well as staff and it’s a secured gated community. The pool is wonderful and the pool restaurant is just fabulous thanks to owner Lise! Breakfast and lunch is served all day. There is a cute boutique in building B. Make sure to visit the grocery store prior to arrival or before you leave home, there was no coffee or tea in the room. But plenty of appliances. Washer/dryer in room. Mostly windows for a sensational view throughout.
I would definitely stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay again and I highly recommend it. I suggest making sure you book a room with views and a balcony. It's definitely worth it. The accommodations were clean. The gym and pool area were nice and the golf cart to Kalatua was extremely convenient. We had a great time! The day staff were very friendly.
Staying at Fourteen at Mullet Bay was a slice of luxury accomodations that I don't usually treat myself to but I'm glad I did. It was like staying at a well furnished luxury condo with an amazing pool and beach access. The staff was great, the wifi was excellent, the on-site amenities were good and it was close to so many food and grocery options.
I really have no complaints with the stay. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. I wish there was a recycling program and less power outages but that's an island wide issue and i can't hold the complex esponsible for that.
I would stay here again in an instant!
The property clean and in close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Everything about this is great except the check in process. So I booked on Expedia and was shown a beach view but when I arrived that’s not what I got. Apparently they rent or sold some of their condos to individuals who then rent on Expedia and so they don’t explain that until check in. It was very frustrating to not have the view I paid for. The owner of the condo advertised wrong and so it fell in the property but overall a good place to stay.
Beautiful property in an excellent location. Michael the manager was amazing. Liz made the best food at the restaurant.

Dishonest... DO NOT STAY HERE
Do not stay here!!!! These people are very dishonest. I came there for vacation. The water did not get hot. I communicated this. I was told Maintenance would come fix it. When I returned from the day out - the water still wouldnt get hot. Next you only get one set of towels per guest and they tell you to wash them yourself. Who goes on vacation to do laundry . They also charge you a cleaning fee which is insane. Lastly I went back and reported that the water still wasnt getting hot in the shower. I requested a refund through hotels .com and when they contacted the property- they lied and said I didnt tell them until the last day about the water. What they failed to realize is that this conversation was caught on my husbands camera because he was making a video of the property and its time stamped. I will pursue getting my refund
