We made a quick overnight to trip to Lubbock and chose this hotel becuase of its location. The property was clean and we felt extremely safe. The front desk clerks were friendly and ever so helpful. Our room looked exactly like the photos posted -- It was spacious. The bathroom was a bit small but this was not a problem for us. Breakfast was basic but tasty. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Lubbock.

This is our go to hotel when traveling from northern NM to Georgetown Texas. It is a dog friendly establishment. The breakfast is tasty and the location is near some nice restaurants for dinner. The room price is quite reasonable.

Beautiful property. Wonderful breakfast. Large room with double kings was a nice surprise. Tub/shower valve needed replacement, but overall a wonderful room.

Everything was nice and clean, and that’s most important to me. I would have appreciated friendlier staff, for sure! We are locals going to the hotel because of plumbing issues in our home, so a kind smile would have been nice. I also would have appreciated reference to the pet fee and pet deposit on the website when I made the reservation!! The showerhead was wimpy, but the biggest problem was the mattress. It really, really needed rotating!!! I feared rolling off when I first laid down! Finally, we were placed at the end of the hall on the first floor, and could hear traffic from the freeway all night. Requesting a room on a higher floor would help.
