The room was not ready still after 5 pm . There was a Texas Tech football game and they explained that they were fully booked and the room would be ready asap. It was ready shortly after. The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but we needed to get some rest because we had a long drive the next day and was leaving at 6:30 AM. Thank you.

Bathroom wasn’t flushed when we entered, the thermostat was broken and bathroom door was also broken ( wouldn’t lock or stay shut). We’ve stayed here in the past and didn’t have problems but wasn’t impressed this time at all.

Breakfast heated and served in plastic containers or wrap. Foam plates and plastic cutlery. I settled for 1/2 a waffle, skipping the plastic infused food, HFC syrup and jelly. An hour into my drive, I had stomach pains and nausea. Room was hot. Adjusting the thermostat did no good. I finally turned it off. Still did no good. It was a cold night so some heat was necessary but it was suffocatingly hot. Sliding door to bathroom was jammed in open position. Shower was barely warm in hottest position.

The front lady seemed inconvenience when i checked in. No door on the bathroom there was a shower curtain. The shower was dirty with dirt all ocer the floor. The side door to the hotel did not work.

There are many restaurants to choose from close by. The morning staff are very kind and energetic. The room was decent and clean. It was great for the one night i needed a room for my family of 6.

The staff seemed nice and helpful. Sadly it just seemed that the property has been mismanaged. You can tell they have tried to fix issues when they arise, those fixes just seem to have been done poorly. The room looked clean until you look in the corners. It just seemed like lots of the cleaning and repairs were done half ass. The breakfast was nice though and the breakfast staff was so friendly! I wouldn't stay here again for the same price but if it was on a steep discount I would consider it again.
