I like the location for medical but they put us in a handicap room and we didn't ask for it and I think they should ask if you need it and not just put you in one. That room is very UNHANDY for a person who does not need it.

There was only 1 working ice machine and it was on the first floor. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and when reported at the front desk He said that is happening in all the rooms. The vent fan in the shower did not work. Bedding was uncomfortable.

The first room we were assigned (#115) had a shower that had obviously not been cleaned. So I was my bed to room #215. That shower had a glob of hair on the shower wall (photo available if you care to see it). Also, the ceiling in the main room was peeling. So gross.

The housekeeping was not good at all there was a bar of soap still in the shower and the chest of drawer under the television was all stained like something dripped on it also the bed looked like it hadn’t been changed it looked like the sheets had just been pulled back
