Beautiful Apartment Along the River
This place is an absolute gem! It is associated with and in the same building as the school for hospitality, BHMS. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. It was perfect for our family of four but could easily have slept at least two more people. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with the essentials. It is right across the street from an Aldi too, so if you forget anything or want to get groceries, you can easily do that. We frequented the Aldi several times during our stay! So convenient... And the location is great for other reasons, too. It is right next to the river and about a 10 minute walk to the Chapel Bridge. It’s kind of tucked away in a less touristy area of Lucerne. Public transportation is excellent and there are at least two bus stops just outside the building. Highly recommend!

Dorms in Lucerne
A wonderful suite that had the feel of a student dorm, with 2 small rooms and a big living area. The view was amazing though the traffic a bit loud to enjoy outside. Luckily the windows were good enough to keep out any noise. The location is perfect and the staff friendly and responsive.

Centrally located, spacious apartment that is basic and looking a bit dated. Kitchen only has basic amenities (no microwave, kettle only provided on request). We had no working TV for our entire stay, despite being advertised. Also, accommodation does not provide the Lucerne Visitor Pass for travel in the city. But there is good wifi provision in apartment. Pleasant reception staff but some confusion over which staff are responsible for dealing with issues.

Uncomfortable furnishings
This building was under construction which we were not aware of until we checked in. Once we got to our room our balcony was unusable due to the construction and there was no view due to the scaffolding. The beds were like sleeping on a rock and were very uncomfortable. They did attempt to accommodate us by letting us look at a different room to stay in but it was only a studio compared to the 2 bedroom we had paid for so we declined. I would not recommend this place for families traveling with children as it is at a business school and is essentially college apartments.
