The service deserves a 10 star rating! Every single one of them went out of their way for anything we asked about! We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary. Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed. The location is sensational! The staff are friendly and quick to help. Es fehlte mir nun der helvetische Einschlag. Dieses Hotel war früher ein Palace; nun ist es in der Mandarine Oriental Kette und dementsprechend hat es die schweizerische Dimension verloren. Gäste kommen aus Asien und Amerika in die Schweiz… Aber hier spricht niemand mehr schweizer Deutsch und die wunderbaren Gemälde der Schweiz sind zum Teil versteckt und sollten, ganz im Gegenteil, den lokalen Charakter zum Ausdruck bringen. Auch im MO Restaurant findet man kaum etwas schweizerisches. Das Personal ist in der Regel gut, zum Teil sehr gut (Rezeption & Concierge und Valets).
