Misleading information and dirty
in summary the property was incorrectly advertised, entry codes were incorrect, service was extremely poor, and the property was not cleaned.Property Incorrectly Advertised. On the Vrbo app the property showed a queen bed and a bunk bed along with a sofa bed - a five person property. Upon arrival, there was no extra bed and we had to make due with my daughter sleeping on blankets on the floor. The customer service rep confirmed that since booking the owner had changed the format and images but we were never informed. In short we paid for a 5-person lodge and received a 3-person lodge. State of the room: We had to change sheets since there were stains and hair all over the bed sheets. Additionally some of the towels were dirty and not cleaned. Incorrect code. We arrived at the lodge around 9pm in the evening and 7 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately the key code was incorrect and it took 45 minutes (standing outside and worried about the warmth of our daughters) to get through to any type of customer service where they confirmed the code provided us was incorrect.
