Highly recommended hotel, it’s located in the city center between number of luxury boutiques. Hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is modern. Breakfast is good. The hotel is closed to the lake.

A great property with many nice amenities and hospitable staff! Fantastic breakfast with good gluten-free choices (was included in our stay) and inventive dining options on the property. Very near (walking distance) to Lugano train station and center of the city. Staff was great in explaining how to use Ticino transportation card (a great perk in the area, especially with the train station so close ) -- and then working with us on options when our flight was delayed on the last day. Strongly recommended when in Lugano!

From our arriving to our departure, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were absolutely great. The breakfast offerings are amazing with a lot of different things from pastries and cakes to hot items.

Amazing and courtious staff. Very helpful in guiding the guests for them to have the best experience possible. Simone at the front desk is fantastic towards the clients. He went out of his way to call and advise us that we had left some of our belongings behind. He went as far as mailing the items to our next destination by courier. Never seen such service. Hats off to the Luganodante management and staff. We will be back. Thank you.
