Outbuilding with summer kitchen (grill, smoker, stove). Living room with fireplace (pull out couch).

Wood-heated sauna (big heater), steam room upstairs, in winter time water must be carried with buckets from 20 m away. Floor heating of wood-heated sauna's dressing room is not on use on winter time.

A cozy set of villa and sauna building in Aspiskeri, Luvia in eastern Bothnian Sea. Flat, spacious and grassed yard. In the yard is a playhouse and games for children.

Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.

The place is situated in the beach of sheltered, narrow strait, neighbours quite near, still own peace. Catering service near. Waters of the area are rich in fish but rocky.

Luvia village 5 km, Pori 15 km, Meri-Pori and sand beach of Yyteri 35 km, Old Rauma 40 km, Laitakarin Messi (restaurant, dance hall, sea trips with the schooner Ihana) 12 km.
