Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de poster votre commentaire en ligne. Vous nous avez en effet adressé votre déception concernant la chambre à votre arrivée. Nous vous avons proposé un changement de chambre, que vous avez refusé. La chambre que vous avez occupé fait bien plus de 20m2 (24,35 m2 pour être exacte), salle de bain incluse (les sites de réservations détaillent rarement la taille de chaque pièce, mais indique la surface totale). Nous aimerions aussi ajouter qu’en France, les hôtels ne décident pas eux-mêmes du nombre d’étoiles qu’ils valent. Ils sont vérifiés par un organisme indépendant, lors d'un audit qui a lieu tous les cinq ans.Bien cordialement,
