No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

Wonderful hotel.
The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic. The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around. Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy. My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

Bad Service with great view
This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked "what I needed"? No good morning, nothing. He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. "!!GREAT WELCOME!!!" During my stay, they continued without "good morning" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude. The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight. To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean. I away stay on the BestWestern close with them, decided to try. Definitively it was a bad try.

Vale a pena. Adorei!
Café da manhã maravilhoso. Vista tanto do café da manhã quanto quarto incrível. O atendimento foi ótimo. As instalações excelentes. Cama deliciosa. A única coisa a reclamar é que realmente deveriam proibir caixas de som na piscina. Desisti de ficar por lá a noite por conta da música alta e desagradável. Tem hóspede que não tem desconfiômetro.

O Hotel tem estrutura ruim, tudo é muito pequeno em vista as fotos que são tiraras de um angulo que dá a impressão de ser grande, como por exemplo a piscina, não cabe 4 pessoas juntas, de tão pequena que é, o restaurante é tão pequeno que as pessoas ficam aglomeradas e se todos os hóspedes fossem tomar café no mesmo horário haveria um grande problema, o quarto "premium casal" é um cubico, chão tem aspecto de sujo, roupa de cama com manchas, banheiro sujo, o piso do box não vê um esfregão há muito tempo, o chinelo gruda no chão, mofo no rejunte, ralo solto, cheiro de esgoto, enfim, péssima experiência, pelo preço pago pelas diárias esperava um padrão de qualidade e conforto
