Hotel agradĆ”vel, perto da praia e lugares turĆ­sticos, como: A bodega, feira de artesanato, barzinho, restaurantes...Localidade nota 10. FuncionĆ”rios excelentes, cafe da manha mais ou menos. Um ponto franco: passei 4 dias no hotel e nĆ£o trocaram as toalhas, entĆ£o solicitei q as trocassem e fui prontamente atendida.

Hotel com otima localizacao e cordialidade...mas de resto...cama ruim lencois cheio de bolinhas...mesa do cafe da manha de plastico balancando...sala abafada o unico ventilador estava quebrado....o piso irregular quem tem dificuldades para andar...inviavel...e cheio de remendos...o minimo que se espera de uma cidade tao linda quanto maceio...e uma pousada simples mas charmosa arrumada...pelo preco existe na regiao outras opcoes com precos semelhantes e mais cuidadas e aconchegantes....falta investir um pouco com carinho para receber bem o turista...nao estava procurando luxo...sim conforto comodidade e cama com lencol decente

Muito receptiva por parte dos funcionĆ”rios. O problema foi que demorou muito a negociaĆ§Ć£o na reserva pelo menos uns 30 minutos quando fechei e cheguei creio a me confundi pois, achei que iria para outra pousada e nĆ£o entendi pq acabei indo para essa outra por acaso. Onde seria a hotel pousada alagoana, mais enfim deu tudo certo. Fomos muito bem tratados para quem quer algo simples vale a pena. JĆ” passou e seguimos viagem.

PrĆ³s: Ɠtima localizaĆ§Ć£o, a poucos metros do mar, no melhor bairro para se ficar na orla de MaceiĆ³. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ simples porĆ©m tudo muito gostoso. Limpeza sempre impecĆ”vel. Pessoal sempre muito solĆ­cito e cordial. Contras: Poderiam melhorar a roupa de cama. A cama do nosso quarto era bem barulhenta. Poderiam colocar roteadores melhores pois o sinal do wi-fi Ć© bem fraco. Resumindo, a pousada Ć© simples porĆ©m bem aconchegante. Diria que ela Ć© ideal para quem vai com a intenĆ§Ć£o de curtir e conhecer a cidade, e nĆ£o com a intenĆ§Ć£o de passar a maior parte do dia na pousada.

Excelente o atendimento tanto do proprietĆ”rio quanto dos empregados da pousada, muito solĆ­citos, deixou muitĆ­ssimo a desejar o acesso a internet, o WI-FI era horrĆ­vel, mesmo reclamando nada foi resolvido durante a estadia, a manutenĆ§Ć£o do quarto deixou a desejar em relaĆ§Ć£o ao BWC, vaso sanitĆ”rio solto, propicio a ocorrer acidente, box do chuveiro, vazava Ć”gua para fora, molhando o piso.
