The managers and team made me feel at home. In walking distance to shops and clubs and the rate for a 3 day stay is very reasonable. I've stayed in half a dozen places in Mackay on previous trips but the Marco Polo will now be my definate go to.

Great room. Easy and friendly check in. Comfy soft bed and good water pressure in the shower. Couple of little maintainence things need to be done, but overall a great value room. Not a lot of food options within walking distance, although there is a restaurant onsite and KFC 1km up the road.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marco! Check-in was a breeze. The lady working at the front desk was super helpful. Beds were super comfy. Clean room. We will be definitely staying here again next time we are in Mackay. :)

Property has everything I needed for an overnight stop. Easy Check-in and Check Out with staff friendly. Have stayed previously at the motel on my travels between Brisbane and Townsville. Restaurant wasn’t open during my stay however they offered breakfast options.

Beautiful comfortable room with lovely decor
I absolutely loved this motel. It was very clean, and the room was so welcoming, with the most comfortable king bed I have ever slept in. The decor was cream/beige with 2 modern chairs and a small table for sitting comfortably to watch the TV or read. Bernie the receptionist welcomed me with a beautiful welcoming smile and she was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Bernie we will definitely be staying here next time we are in Mackay

We were greeted with a great smile and hospitality by the lady in reception on arrival. She made our stay easier after a long drive all day to get to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Room was neat, clean and bed comfy.
