When my family and I checked in our room smelled like a drug factory was based there. Too the hotels credit, they moved us to another room. This room and the rest of yhe hotel was dirty (scuffs on the wall, ripped up art work on walls and overall unclean). At night you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms thanks to the paper thin walls. If you want to feel unclean and not refreshed the next day, this hotel is perfect for you. I highly advise not to stay here.

For the price- this was extremely dissappointing. There was spiders all over the ceiling and spider webs everywhere. My family of three shared two towels. The floor was disgusting. I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Not the best but a fine place for Madison game day
We checked into our non smoking reservation and the room stunk of smoke and bed comforter had holes visibly on top. Luckily we could change rooms quickly and new room wasn’t as torn up. Front desk staff was just ok - we had to call 4 times at 4am for extra towels when we had an incident and couldn’t go to the front desk to get ourselves. We never got them until 6:30am

First room smelled like cigarettes; second room on a different floor smelled like weed for hours; there was no way to use the bathroom sink without water splashing all over; holes in bathroom towel (hoping it was a cleaning rag left by mistake); holes in bathroom door where hardware was not installed correctly; scuffed walls throughout; comically small bed pillows; breakfast is a joke; honestly not sure what is going on there

Walls were thin and I could hear the people in the next room. The first night they were very loud all night and woke me up blasting music at 3am. I called the front desk and they were helpful at getting the music turned down.

Bed was incredibly comfortable and room was clean. No shampoo in the shower, we waited over an hour to have shampoo brought to us. It never arrived so i had to use bar soap to wash my hair. I requested clean towels for our 2nd day, they only replaced 1 towel so i had to get additional towels from the front desk. Great breakfast, the pool was tiny so we didnt use it.
