Great stay and wonderful pool

I was nervous to book this hotel after reading some bad reviews, but our stay was wonderful! Very impressed with the friendliness of staff and cleanliness throughout the property. If we stay in Madison again we will definitely ve back!

First time at this Baymont and it was good

Close to Highway and 20 minutes from campus. Near Middleton restaurants and shopping. Good continental breakfast. Large rooms and nice pool area.

The person working the front desk initially could not find my reservation. But once I showed the paid receipt and confirmation information suddenly we were able to create a reservation. Free of charge of course. Everything else was uneventful and clean.

Great place

We spent 3 nights total over the course of a week. Overall great place. Amazing continental breakfast. Staff was exceptional. Only hiccup is there was plumbing issues affecting the area, so we dealt with yellow water for a whole day. Not the hotels fault but was kinda gross. Would stay again though.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is affordable and the front desk staff are very professional and friendly. This time, the room was not as clean as it usually is, and there were some noises during the night from the refrigerator that woke me. But I will likely stay there again as I go to Madison often.

The first room i was given did not seem clean. The appliences were old and i blew a fuse watching tv and running the microwave at the same time. To the staffs credit they moved me to a much cleaner room on the other end of the hall and we were much more comfortable.

Freezing and feeling totally let down!!!

The hotel didnt list a security deposit. I booked and payed for a room. I was then turned away when i couldnt afford the deposit. In Wisconsin the winters are brutal, yet still was denied accommodations. Hotels.com was able to refund my money which I'm thankful for. Even still I'm told it may take a few weeks to be reimbursed. So over all my experience was not pleasant.

Very terrible stay bathroom was very dirty the safe that is in the room did not work so I had to keep all my valuables on me bedding was nasty the tub was nasty all around pretty gross and I was charged double which they did refund in their defense
