First, Mula was amazing, quick to respond and able to handle new arrivals along with those settling in.
Mula was informed my television wasn't working and I had guest arriving. It seemed like magic. He walked into my room, my guest walked in behind him. Within minutes, the television was working. He said if I needed anything else just let him know.
I locked my key in the room and to get Mula to let me in.
As it was now time to turn in, as I pulled the sheets back, to my surprise there was what I was hoping was nail polish was, Yep, blood. Although dried it was not something I wanted to find.
Being a veteran, but Cautious, I made some adjustments and kind of slept ok.
Unfortunately, to my surprise, I found more dry blood. Now that was worse than disgusting.
What kind of housekeeping staff does that? I hadn't experienced any foul ordors which I was thankful for.
I told Mula after I checked out because the office had not yet opened.
He apologized and asked why didn't I call him and he would have taken care of it.
I believe he would have.
To the owner and Management, Mula gave the customer service for me of a 5 star hotel.
But the cleaning crew MUST BE BLIND AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.
How can spots of dry BLOOD on semi white sheets, go unnoticed by housekeeping?
My stay was pleasant due to Mula, but the cleaning staff need need more training on transmitting diseases. Especially after covid
