Omg the bed and pillows

The hotel was very quiet. I’ve been running into a lot of hotels that have dogs barking through the night or smell like urine. This hotel was exceptional the bed, the pillows, the shower. The shower was exhilarating. The pressure was firm. The water temperature was very hot just like I like it Back to the bed. The bed was like a cloud. I really loved it. My stay was short I would definitely return just to stay at the hotel.

Bathroom had hair in the tub. Governor’s club’s food is not much to look forward to. If they played some music so it wasn’t weirdly quiet, added some fruit and different cheeses to make a charcuterie board, and had more friendly staff, it would have felt like a more special experience. The woman at checkout was so rude that I felt like I was on candid camera. It was almost laughable. I know it’s difficult to hire staff post-covid, but please look at your staff. Sets the tone for the whole stay.

This hotel was pretty clean and well kept, however, I was disappointed with the facilities within my room. The outlets were extremely loose and would not hold my charger. The tv was very outdated and did not support any sort of streaming services. Overall, for the price of the hotel, I expected better quality.
