Es bueno si vas de paso y solo es 1-2 noches, no para una estadía larga. Cumple su objetivo de tener un lugar donde dormir. El personal de la recepción es super amigable y buena onda. La chica de la limpieza es muy alegre y hace muy buen trabajo.

It was not what I expected or what the images show
The beds were too flimsy, unstable and noisy when someone moved. The sinks were very uncomfortable.

The bathrooms had urine all over the floors and feces on most of the toilets. The showers had no seating to get dressed and were very small. The water also drained outside into the middle of the floor so your bags would get wet if you left them in the wrong place. The AC didn't work and it was very hot and stuffy.

El lugar más malo
La atención no es del todo mala pero una chica mona cubana me pidió todos los datos de mi tarjeta de creditolos incluido el código cvv que sino no podía hospedarme y el día lunes reviso mi tarjeta para hacer otra reserva y mi cuenta estaba sin fondos 😭❓ cuidado con este lugar la ubicación está en lo más malo de todo Madrid

Respecto a la ubicación súper la zona, es turística de fácil acceso, estación de tren y metro museo reina Sofía y el prado quedan cerca. Respecto al ambiente en los espacios comunes estaba bien, las habitaciones mixtas cuentan con camarotes muy pequeños donde no te puedes ni sentar en la cama, los locker su sistema de cerrado es para candados grandes( con los pequeños el sistema de cerrado es ineficiente) no cuentan ni con papel de manos ni secador de manos en los baños de mujeres, recomiendo pocillos para la cocina, habían uno que otro vaso.

Como una hora para el check in. Sin tarjeta no procedían con la reserva y todo para que el sistema de la llave no les funcionase y llevarme los códigos escritos. Sin sentido. Primero hagan la llave y luego pidan la tarjeta si es que es solo para eso. Baños sucios en general. Sin tazas ni kettle. Un ruido tremendo las puertas al cerrar, pedir las camas más alejadas. Y sin sabana!! Solo bajera y manta. Colchones y almohadas cómodos.

Cerca del metro y de un Carrefour abierto 24 horas
Cama cómoda en zona sin ruidos y con el metro de Lavapies a 4-5 minutos. Las estancias son amplias y limpias. Enchufes junto a cada cama. Dispones de taquilla pero necesitas llevar tu un candado. También necesitas llevar la toalla. Dispone de micro ondas, vajilla y frigorífico en zona común.

Personal borde. Gente quejándose y no hacían por solucionar problemas al cliente. Cosas rotas, enchufes. Exigentes. La tj te cobran 25€ si la pierdes ( coste real 2 €) La noche cuesta menos que la tj, jaja. Tienen mucho morro. Cobran x toallas y por todo. El check-in a las 10am. Me quise ir pero tampoco me devolvían el dinero. Baños masificados e insuficientes para tanta gente. Ruido de gente por la noche en el comedor. En fin, no vayáis.
