We were able to check in early. The staff was very knowledgeable about local sites, transportation, and shopping. The coffee station was open 24 hours a day, and it was always clean. The rooftop bar was amazing, with excellent food and service. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and location.

Amazing place to stay! Close to the metro (2 min walk max) and close to major areas like Plaza Mayor. The staff was great and Fernando at the night desk was phenomenal! The hotel even left little morning treats like muffins and donuts at our doorstep every morning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Madrid for a reasonable price.

The hotel was super clean and in a great location. The room was ok for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer as the windows are facing the back white wall. There is a cute working space with free coffee/ snacks so that was nice

Great location right in the city. Hotel was very modern with welcoming and friendly staff. Room was clean but slightly small with limited space for suitcase and no cupboard / shelving for items.
