Most disappointing is that pool had no water and to use the Sauna you need to pay extra. Never experienced before, that a hotel would charge their customers extra for the use of their sauna.

Great stay! Check-in was easy, even though we were early our room was ready. Property is very clean, small room but huge shower. Tv options are not many, we just did YouTube. The Atocha area is in the heart of Madrid, everything is close. Definitely recommend. Just wish we had a view.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Atocha train station in Madrid and was a small 10 minute walk away from El Retiro Park. The hotel staff was amazing and let us check in as early as at 8:00 AM following our international flight arrival since there were rooms available. The room was comfortable and with excellent amenities. Catching a train to Toledo for a day trip from the Atocha train station was only a 15 min walk away.
