Hot water was a problem since in the middle of the shower you will get cold water and then hot again. My night light did not work. Other than that, the location was great, close to many restaurants and shops

Great place to stay. Close to everything ...shopping, dining, metro. Walk to great restaurants and the Gran Via for great shopping! The staff was helpful with information. The hotel was clean and safe. Highly recommend it.
