This hotel was amazing. The service was fantastic. My favorite part is the rooftop terrace with a bar. We had the sangria, it was DELICIOUS! Everything, we went was very walkable within 15 minutes from the hotel. The restaurants are there, stores are there, and we didn't need to take the train to go anywhere else. We enjoyed the stay.

Totally surprised with our stay. Being on the Gran Via we we’re concerned of the noise level. It was amazingly quiet. The roof top areas have beautiful vantage points of the city. The room was immaculate. Staff was excellent. Loved everything about our stay here.

A Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful Historic Hotel We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlántico in Madrid. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic, with elegant décor that adds to its charm. Our room was incredibly spacious, offering great views over the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of options to start the day. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its location—it’s walkable to pretty much everything in central Madrid, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Atlántico for anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant, and well-located stay in Madrid. We would definitely stay here again!

It is located on Grand Via, a very busy shopping street but our lovely rooms were quiet and had superb bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge area and outdoor patio on the top floor added to this excellent hotel. We enjoyed visiting some galleries and seeing the older part of Madrid - all on foot. The Reception staff recommended a local Tapas restaurant (5 mins walk) which was brilliant and a more formal dinner venue which was superb.

Terrible customer service, front desk person unfriendly to English speaking guests. Server at the 9 th floor cafe extremely uncooperative and told us to go to 1St floor breakfast area start up the coffee making machine and help ourselves to hot water for tea even during the business hours of the 9th floor cafe.where water was available.Water from the tap had unusual odour.
