Stunning hotel, bright hallways, friendly staff and beautiful rooms right on the Gran Via. Breakfast is good, but is the same everyday. My family and I felt safe and comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! Would stay here again.

The hotel overall was very nice and it was centrally located next to everything. The only 2 things that we didn’t like was our shower was draining which led to water coming out of the shower and the room smelled a little musty. We never mentioned anything to management because we were only there for 2 nights. The rooftop restaurant and complimentary breakfast were excellent.
