Since you come in everything is beautiful except your private chofer is not able to leave you in front of hotel so you have to walk a block with your luggage to come into hotel . Other than this inconvenience, everyone is very nice, they treat you like milionaires . The views of hotel and the 360 bar is wonderful , full of life and sexy . This is more a hotel for young people and couples , not so much for children but you can also bring them alone. The area is very walkable but not quiet , is a very large hotel be ready to see a lot of people and elevators are fast and convenient. I give 5 stars to hotel

Cold robots who don’t know about hospitality
I’ll never stay at another RIU property. We booked these rooms together 6 months ago. But we were placed 13 floors apart. When asked if we could move to be on the same floor, we were told it was impossible. While visiting the 26th floor bar, I tried to order an old fashioned, which is a classic cocktail at every bar in earth, including your competitors at Gingko across the street, but your bar manager told me that it was impossible fir your staff to make it. Even though we were guests in the hotel, we were denied access to the 27th floor on 3 different occasions over 3 days. The wait for what would turn out to be overcrowded elevators that you couldn’t get on anyway was interminable. The volume limit on the television was so restrictive that we couldn’t hear it above the sound of the in-room air handler. The temperature in the rooms was too warm, and also, could not be adjusted in room, we had to open the windows to make it livable, which allowed us to hear Madrid sirens all night long. It became abundantly clear that you cater to large groups booking seminars or corporate meetings, and 2 couples traveling together Aren’t very important to you. I’ve never stayed in a colder, more robotic, inhospitable hotel.

Lo único que NO me gusto, en esta época al ser un edificio (antiguo, renovado) el sistema de aire es controlado por ellos el cual estaba por el tiempo "frio" en calefacción, si querías frio tenias que abrir las ventanas para que se enfriara el cuarto y eso provocaba que entrara el ruido de la Gran Vía y estábamos en un piso 14 por lo demas todo bien.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived loved that we could check in on line breakfast was great staff on reception were helpful explaining the bus and subway routes great that you got shown to a table straight away at the 360 bar as we were guests at the hotel only downfall was the lifts were very slow

This hotel was fabulous! It was centrally located on the main thorough fair within walking distance to everything. Right across the street from the plaza de España! Modern clean beautiful, excellent service and the rooms and beds were fabulous.
