Shower didn’t drain well. Elevators got crowded often. Reception wasn’t able to extend stay, so had to go online again but then it worked out. Overall a pretty good experience. Amazing breakfast! Great location. NIce and clean hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We booked a Junior Suite overlooking Plaza España and were captivated by the stunning Madrid view and vibrant nightlife.
