I was afraid this property would be noisy because of the location, which is also its advantage. I requested away from elevators and upon arrival found I was right beside one. No option as they said they were fully booked. also requested a late check out since I booked. also the night before and they said they could not do it. No real reason to stay here. Absolutely not worth it.

Best hotel in Madrid
The hotel is fantastic!! It is a boutique hotel with an unbeatable location! The service is outstanding! The breakfast is served at Quintin which is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The best restaurants are all within walking distance. It can be a little loud at night bc our view was the street but it didn’t bother us. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom clean and nice size, we will definitely be back!! :)

There are a few restaurants on the opposite side of the street, all have outside eating areas on the pavement. The issue is, they don’t close until the early hours and it’s very noisy. Some people may well appreciate this if that suits their lifestyle, however for us it meant a struggle to sleep every night. We were offered a different room but I was told it was next to the hotels ancient lift and so would probably be noisy in a different way. Please don’t think I’m being miserable with this review. The hotel was good in every other aspect, it just didn’t really suit us.
