Location is not bad, conveniently located across from the metro and right next door to a grocery store. The rooms are small but to be expected from European city hotel although i did not expect it to be as small as it was being further out from the center. The shower gives no privacy so unless you are alone or extremely comfortable with your travel partner it maybe awkward or may have to step out. The pillows were extremely thin it really felt like we just had a rolled up blanket. Breakfast was very simple I dont feel that the price was really worth it. Expedia claimed Breakfast was included and although I made the booking for 2 the hotel claimed that Breakfast was for 1 so i had to pay for my kid. However the room was very clean and housekeeping came in every day. There is no sound proofing with rhe wondows so expect to hear city noise. Other than that was not a bad stay.

Ibis is always consistent - we appreciate their sticking to the essentials and caring for the environment. The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Anything not available in the room was available on request at the desk.

Real Madrid Champions league

The hotel is what it’s called Ibis Budget, good location for LAVAPIES metro station 1 minute walk. Anything else I would say very expensive for a very basic hotel room.

Great hotel at a great price. The area was a little noisy but not bad. I only wish the breakfast menu would not have been exactly the same every day! Otherwise it was a nice room and hotel and worth the stay!

I got a cold as AC only had "cool" mode for my first two days of staying. It's November And considered as winter, So Customers shouldn't have taken time walking up and down, reporting the same issue, and doing a lot of tests for the hotel and hotel engineering. It is Hotel's responsibility to confirm AC works properly in the room and has "heat" mode in November.
