Beautiful penthouse on the 11th floor of the emblematic building of the Gran VĆa a few meters from the Plaza de EspaƱa. Completely renovated, all brand new, unbeatable qualities and all amenities. Stunning views of the Royal Palace from all rooms.
The apartment has 120 square meters recently renovated in the very Gran VĆa of Madrid, in an emblematic building, just a few meters from the Plaza de EspaƱa. The apartment has a large terrace with stunning views of the Royal Palace, La Almudena, etc. So central that you can walk to all the sights of the city.
The building has three elevators and a physical porter during the week.
The Apartment has three double bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the other with a 150cm bed. All rooms have built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and TV.
It also has two bathrooms with shower without toilet, one of them with hairdryer, and a separate toilet with toilet.
Gel and shampoo is provided.
The house is complemented by a full kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the interior dining room, the house has a large terrace with wonderful views of the Royal Palace.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and there is Wi-Fi with exclusive 200 Mb internet access.
The apartment is delivered with sheets and towels.

FANTASTIC place
This was my family's first trip to Madrid and didn't know much about where to stay. The location of this unit is fantastic. It's an easy short walk to the old town, Mercado San Miguel, and the Royal Palace. It's also walkable to Retiro. The view from the patio is incredible and pictures certainly don't do this newly renovated unit justice. Alfonso, the owner, is a fantastic host who was very helpful along the way. I would 100% stay here again.

Toplocatie!
Prachtig appartement met groot terras dat een fantastisch uitzicht geeft op het koninklijk paleis. Een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Madrid te voet te verkennen. Metro en bushaltes zijn om de hoek. Het appartement heeft zeer ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden/matrassen en mooi onderhouden, moderne badkamers. Heel goed onthaal door de eigenaar die ons tevens heel wat tips gaf over de bezienswaardigheden en horeca in de buurt. Zou niet twijfelen om opnieuw te boeken bij een volgend bezoek aan Madrid!
