The rooms are in no way worth th price you pay for them. The overall look is worn out, poorly cleaned and changing to another room did not help much. Pictures are also misleading. Would not recommend staying here.

Place is an oven in the February. They disable climate controls - makes sense not to have air conditioning in winter, but the place is all glass and each room only has one window that opens 6 inches. It was unbearable in the room. I asked if they could turn on the air or if they had a fan. They offered to change our room, but we had already unpacked and just wanted to get the hell out of the hotel and get some air. Do not go here in winter.

Perfect location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Óscar. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Gran Via, shops, restaurants and public transit. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable.

Very good

Everything was good for a central hotel in chueca. Double windows made for a quiet stay. Only complaint was the shower in the executive room. It was hard to get the right temperature.

Truly exceptional service at the front desk and a fun, cool lobby with great music playing. Very comfortable beds with lush pillows. Great location in the middle of a hip neighborhood while also being super quiet for sleeping.

The hotel was great. The room was very spacey, the bed extremely comfortable, and everything was super clean. Everyone was very nice, and breakfast was quite complete. The only thing to be taken into account is that the bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy, although the shower was great and much better than in other room mate hotels I stayed in. The location is very centric and very close to the subway, buses, and lots of place to eat and go out. I would undoubtedly stay again.

Style and Comfort in the Heart of Chueca
