Do not book with this hotel. These people have awful service. My travel plans changed because and they refused to refund me, that is not great and they though fine print at me, what can I say, my mistake for not checking when I booked. The reason for the bad review is because their staff tried to blame Expedia who I booked with. After days of Expedia reaching out to them and no response, they basically tried to blame Expedia. They even suggested I contact Expedia to request service. Mean while both me and Expedia had tried for 2 days to reach them. Just poor service, stick with terms and conditions that is all good, just don’t waste customer time and blame others. Poor service

Bel hôtel
L'hôtel n'est pas bien identifié à l'extérieur, donc difficile à trouver. Par contre, elle est super. Les chambres bien que petites ont été rénovées dernièrement. Elles sont propres, calmes et confortables. La salle de bain est complète avec douche, la literie est de qualité. Le personne à l'accueil (qui est là de jour et le soir vous pouvez les joindre par WhatsApp) est gentil et disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Le seul petit point négatif, c'est qu'il y a pas de possibilité de déjeuner, par contre, il y a plusieurs restaurant tout près.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Minus a minor miscommunication at check in, the stay was very smooth and the staff were super helpful. The room itself is a good size for 4 people and the beds were quite comfortable.

Property was not properly represented; not true to description; way over-priced. Reception acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Small room, in a building in an alleyway, never would have guessed this was a room for let, let alone a "hotel". Staff not available or present for the most part. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Only saving grace was the air conditioner that worked for the first night and next day. Walkable area. Staff called cab for us for our date of departure, which was good. Otherwise a dud as far as I'm concerned.

We loved our stay at woohoo rooms. The room was clean, but small for a jr suite. We did have a king size bed which we liked. The location was good and very walkable to everything in Madrid. The sign for the hotel was small and on the left of entrance. Take elevator to second floor and u will still need to walk up about 10-12 steps to entrance. The hotel is small about 8 rooms. It is in a building that is a mix with other apartments. The place was very quiet and the host was super nice! Would recommend. Area was close to gran via and lots of restaurants in that area and Chueca neighborhood.

Excellent location, very close to everything, all sorts of transportation available everywhere. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very clean, and the room was excellent. We chose the one with the balcony. There is some outside noise at night, but we could still sleep through the night.

A hidden gem in a brilliant location.
The hotel is in a great area of town, lots of bars and restaurants. I didn’t hear any noise at night.our family room was a good size and had bunk beds the our teenagers. Lots of room, air con and a great shower. All we needed.

You just need to know that you have to be buzzed in the first time. It’s not a fully staffed lobby hotel concept but the room was newly renovated and very nice. It was very clean and we did feel safe and in a great location.

great option near chueca.
WooHoo Hortaleza is a great choice if you want an economical option in central Madrid adjacent to Chueca. It's no frills, but very comfortable.
