The staff were very helpful. The bar/dining inside the hotel were very nice and open late for a nice evening. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and a beautiful view of the airport and city

We needed a hotel close to Madrid airport for an early morning departure, this hotel worked out perfectly. Everything worked well, it is clean and efficient and great on site parking. Perfect if you need to stay close to MAD

Convenient but disappointing
Restaurant staff inattentive. Coffee not available until 6:30 am. Ceiling to floor window in the bathroom with no curtains; no privacy in the bathroom at all. Was advised of the free airport shuttle next door as I was getting into my Uber. Will stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door on my next visit.

Property is clean but very industrial (bare concrete walls). The biggest drawback was that the bathrooms have no window coverings at all. This did not make for a comfortable experience for my family.
