The hotel is about 10-min walk from the city center. If I take the coastal trail, it would be 15-min. It is very nice that the hotel provides free transportation from and to the airport.
For the price, I would also rate their breakfast very good.
There are three issues of my stay:
1. A minor one - the bed is too soft.
2. A medium one - the phone to the outside (local calls) is not working. The phone to the front desk takes a LONG time to answer and it is likely no answer.
3. I had a problem with the safety lock. The hotel staff does not know how to help. The noise caused a neighbor to come and help solve the problem. It is strange (and unacceptable) that the staff does not know how to use the safety lock. By the way, I am fluent in Mandarin so it is not a communication issue.
