my hotel experience
Overall satisfied with hotel except indoor pool not heated very cold with excessive chlorine. i have had many hotel stays and this is first unheated indoor pool and front desk says it is normally unheated. Was dissatisfied with Hotels.com as I booked 5 guests and reservation listed 5 guests but only 2 beds in room so one of guests slept in a chair.

Great location
I like the location of this hotel. It has a pool and included hot breakfast. The room was cleanish and comfortable. The only problem I encountered was the large number of motorcycles that parked outside the entrance. They blocked the handicapped path to the parking lot. I mentioned this when I returned to the hotel at night but they were still there when I left in the morning.

It was a good stay, a normal experience for a Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was super friendly. Gym was nice. The only issue I had was that I needed to leave by 6:30 and was planning to have breakfast at 6, and breakfast wasn't ready in time for me to leave.

Very nice hotel sitting on a crazy highway with dangerous access. Still will stay here again. The positives outweigh the cray highway .

getting tired and not very clean
The staff I interacted was great, the place is a good safe place to stay. I would say it's getting tired. It is not as clean as I would want it to be to continue to stay there. The desk chair in the room was cloth and stained. The chairs in the lounge were the same, fairly disgusting. the shower definitely is not at clean as I would expect. the thermostat for the HVAC was missing from the wall, you could see where it used to be, had to control cooling from the unit. the stopper for the tub was broken and laying in the tub/shower upon arrival. Its time for a refresh there for sure. It time for this to go through a refresh for sure.
