SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers 240 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and laptop-compatible safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. 45-inch LED televisions come with satellite channels. Bathrooms include a shower, bathrobes, slippers and bidets. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and a hairdryer. An iron/ironing board, change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. Cots/infant beds (complimentary) are also available. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained to a high standard. All of the staff are very polite and went the extra mile to make your stay that bit more enjoyable. Everything I had at the restaurants are on the lines of a 5 Star restaurant, so I was completely surprised by the standards, I enjoyed every single meal I had! I would highly recommend SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- if your visiting Hurghada!

A great hotel and resort to be honest - just shy of a 10/10 to me. Great for a family trip - huge territory, a very nice beach, a selection of pools, plenty of restaurants. Staff is generally proactive and reachable, friendly. All of the facilities in the Tucana part are very new and in great shape. Perhaps just 2 things that come to mind in terms of potential improvement - food could be a bit more consistent in terms of quality (and ideally an open buffet option in Tucana would be very helpful for those vacationing with kids/toddlers) and WiFi in the area could be better. Otherwise - great value vacation and highly recommended, will consider coming back here

A real luxury home away from home. Two floors with terraces, swimming pools or gardens, surrounded by colourful flowers and palms. Perfect for couples but also for Family with small children or traveling solo. The rooms are clean, large, full of windows and very well illuminated in the evening. Bottles of water are provided everyday. The numerous members of staff are busy taking care of everything to ensure that guests have the best experience. From the Reception to the many Bars and Restaurants, Gardeners, Security and for sure a lot of people that works behind the scenes. There is so much to see and so much to do that it took me few hours to understand where to start. It is huge and even if it could be at its full capacity, it gives its guests a lot of privacy. Every evening there is some entertainment. Lunches and Dinners are exceptional and the All Inclusive a la carte works very well in my opinion. I absolutely recommend the Sunrise Tucana Resort.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sunrise Tucana Resort Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, bekamen ein Getränk und eine kurze Führung durch die Anlage. Das Hotel bietet den Vorteil, dass man auch das Nachbarhotel mitbenutzen kann, was den Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher macht. Ein Highlight war der Manager Mina, der uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut hat. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel war beeindruckend – überall wurde mit großer Sorgfalt gepflegt. Das Essen bot leider wenige vegane Optionen, aber das Personal war immer bemüht, uns leckere Alternativen anzubieten. Wir fanden stets etwas Passendes, und das Buffet im Partnerhotel war ebenfalls eine gute Wahl. Das Entertainment-Team bot eine gute Auswahl an Aktivitäten, und wir konnten im Partnerhotel Boccia spielen und Billard im Victoria Pub spielen, was sehr unterhaltsam war. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber, und wir wurden dort nicht von Verkäufern belästigt. Leider sind wir am ersten Tag versehentlich an den falschen Strand gegangen, wo wir für eine Behandlung abgezockt wurden, was aber nichts mit dem Tucana Resort zu tun hatte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Wundervoller all inklusive Club -Urlaub von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Kurze Übersicht : Gepäck wird ins Zimmer gebracht und wir bei Abreise auch geholt Am Strand oder am Pool werden dir die Getränke zur Liege gebracht und du kannst sie auch von dort aus bestellen Essen ist sehr vielseitig und von der Karte also nichts mit Buffet anstehen finde ich sehr gut. Perfekete Umgebung. Ein kleines Problem sehe ich für die älteren Leute die sich mit einem Smartphone nicht so aus kennen , man muss online oder an der Rezeption viele Restaurants reservieren .
