Everything was pleasant! However there was no shuttle bus. Multiple sources said there is a free shuttle bus however that’s not true. No shuttle bus from the hotel.

Taxi take 5 minutes to get haram and taxi all time available it can cost you 5 to 50 SR depend upon time. Hotel is neat & clean.service is good.

The hotel is wonderful. All staff from reception to kichen, security & room service are all helpful & profetional. They go an extra mile to offer you what you need or reply to your query. The rooms are big, confortabke beds. The shower room is unique. We stayed in big hotels 4/5 stars honestly there is no big difference. Well done Al Moussali, carry on the good work.

Overall the hotel is good near the Masjid Haram by walking or taxis are always available at the front of the hotel 10 Saudi riyal. The breakfast is great if you add it's open and ready 6am.

I was attacked in the middle of the night. Someone perpertrator ringing my bell knocking my door for 3 hours. I was so scared. I called front desk 4 times no answer goes to the voicemail: I left messages that my life is in danger no one came to rescue me. I called Expedia. Expedia agent tried to call receptions, 3 times No response. Then Expedia agent was kind told me to check out And have tax driver come to Scort you. When I went to check out. Young lady came to the reception I am sorry the person was new didn’t know how to respond was her answer. I still didn’t get refund for the remainder nights. Since I was terrorized and I left for my own safety

Three points was a fantastic stay and would most definitely recorded to others. The only two things I would suggest is perhaps introducing a shuttle service to the Masjid for guests and also more variety for the breakfast options.
