Massive Construction Going On-Do Not Stay Here!
DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy being kept up all night by the noise from the discoteques across the street and disturbed all day by the onslaught of noise and vibrations from the huge construction project going on in part of the building. Massive construction project ( entire new building) is underway on the same site - it shares a wall with the rental building. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. the sound of drilling was constant and unbearable. The rental company said it was not aware. That is not true- when the agent let me into the apartment,the construction was clearly visible from the common hall window beside the elevator. The rental agency office was around the corner only 100 meters away in Plaza Uncibay. They had to have known about this huge construction project. I asked repeatedly to be moved but was told by text that this was not possible. I sent videos and pictures to them. They did not even walk across the Plaza to verify. This is a huge project and will go on for months. Horrible.

GREAT APARTMENT; TRENDY AND WELL SITUATED:
This was a stunning Apartment, exactly as described and perfect for a City trip. Everything was modern and clean. The Apartment is situated just a few minutes away from most of the sights, shops and Restaurant/bars. We did enjoy this close proximity to everything. I must mention that the side street, where the apartment is located, is not as quiet as it first looked. There are a lot of people walking about till late at night. Sensitive sleepers may be disturbed. This didn't worry us too much in winter, when we closed the windows. There is a small supermarket just around the corner, which was great for buying fresh rolls etc. The WIFI worked well. We loved our visit, and would recommend this apartment, which had everything for a good stay. If I had one complaint, it would be that a handrail should be in the bath. I have an injured hand and would have felt a bit more secure with a rail to hold onto. Good towels available. Highly recommended and good service from David, who met us and showed us all around the Apartment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man in der nachts doch lauten Altstadt wohnen möchte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, d.h. für 2 Personen bestents geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Nicht so gut ist, dass sich die Dusche in der Badewanne befindet (große Rutschgefahr.)

Esta en pleno centro peatonal de Malaga , zona segura puedes estar hasta muy tarde , inconveniente: debes aparcar el coche a unos 10/15 min a pie ya que los parkings disponibles son exageradamente caros 25€/dia y debes dejar las llaves
