This was an OK property with very limited faculties. Having stayed at other 4* hotels this was not. No irons, no tea facilities, no water, this was really a basic room. The room cleaners did not respect the do not disturb sign and would come in to the room 2/3 times a day. The pool is a paddling pool at 0.5m deep. For a very short stay it would be ok but for a holiday I will not be using this place again.

Our stay was great. Pool a welcome relief in the heat. Brilliant breakfast and nice clean room. Bus stopped right outside to get into the historic part of city. Convenient and good value.

Very convenient with shopping mall just with the hotel. Inside facilities was upgraded. Air conditioning was not strong as it was so hot. No air condition in corridor.

De douche was verstopt en we hadden dit gemeld maar hebben geen technieker gezien desondanks ons dit beloofd werd. Wij hadden een juniorsuite voor 3 geboekt maar niets was voorzien voor 3 dit werd wel snel opgelost. De shopping ernaast stelt qua winkels niet veel voor. Het hotel is goed bereikbaar vanaf de autostrade.

A great stay at Sercotel Rosaleda
We had a really great stay in a lovely hotel. Its a shame it's not a little closer to the old town, but it only took us 25 mins to walk which was enough time to build up an appetite for dinner and drinks or there are restaurants opposite the hotel if you don't want to venture too far. The hotel itself is really lovely, the only things i would mention, if i am being super picky, is the lack of umbrellas by the pool/patio, bases are up there but not an umbrella in sight! And that the air con seems to turn itself off in the night other than that i can't fault any thing. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place for the money. It is a new hotel and very modern. Convenient location for shopping and transportation. Not as expensive as the hotels in city center.

Nice hotel
Well kept. Pool in only 50cm deep so be aware. Beach is a 50min walk but very doable. Hotel is located in a mall so everythibg is nearby
