nice hotel pools, kept clean and good air conditioning controls in room. staff very courteous and efficient. Meals was good but room for improvement in choices for vegetarians.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, food disappointing

Pros: Staff, location, facilities
Cons: Food, evening entertainment
Lovely clean newly refurbished hotel. Location OK between the main town street with shops and restaurants and main hotel zone, two roads back from the beach, which is separated from the prom by a railway line. It's adult only and at the start of the week I wondered if that meant Saga holiday, but younger people turned up as the week went on. Plenty of sun beds, typical hotel gym with a few machines and limited weights, heated pool inside is very small. Main issue was the food, it wasn't great. There was a lot of choice but it was very uninspired, the same dishes kept reappearing day after day, cooked to death vegetables. Vegetarians would really struggle and I think vegans would find it pretty much impossible to eat lunch or dinner here. The preprepared dishes were all tepid and the staff couldn't keep up with cooking the fresh stuff. The evening entertainment quality was really patchy and there didn't seem much life out in the town either. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and excellent service from everyone. I didn't like the resort so wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

I really enjoyed the leisure services and would come back, as well as recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est au petits soins et toujours souriant. C'est vraiment un lieu de détente. La plage est à a peine 10min a pieds. Le spa à été le point fort des journées nuageuses, et les massages étaient au top. Si je devais trouver un point "negatif" ce serait les animations du soir, les chanteurs étaient rarement bons ahah Merci en tout cas à toute la team de l'hôtel, nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Poolarea schön gestaltet. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Teilweise Verständigungsprobleme mit Personal bei Bestellungen.
