Welcome to “Inbounds” at Canyon Lodge -- the combination of 2 impressive townhomes-- Double Black and Triple Black, Mountainside 2 & 3, that together offer expansive space for large groups with the promise of first chair just steps away at Canyon Lodge. Located in the chic new community, Mountainside Mammoth, Inbounds offers a prime location, private amenities, generous accommodations for large groups, cozy interiors, and attentive guest management.

Please be aware that this property is on the market for sale. Viewings will not take place during guest stays, but for sale signs are posted on the balcony railings.

Nestled at the base of Lincoln Mountain, "Inbounds" is a remarkable vacation home that offers easy access to the Lodge and its base chairs - Canyon Express, Schoolyard, and Chair 8. Its prime location makes it an ideal choice for large groups of families or friends (up to 20!) wanting to make the most of their Mammoth holiday. Park in one of two private garages with no worries about street parking, driving kids to ski school, or navigating rough winter conditions. Send the teens to town on the free town Trolley, which stops just outside Canyon Lodge. For daytime dining, shopping, or even a massage, hop on the gondola to the Village, also at Canyon and just steps away.

Rest easy at the end of the day with serene mountain views from one of two private balconies, where you can grill burgers with friends or soak in one of two private hot tubs. Cozy up inside by the fireplaces, playing games or gathering around the kitchen islands with drinks and friends.

Amazing stay from start to finish!
My whole family + kids (total of 14) loved our time there. The communication from the onset and even after the trip was seamless and comfortable. The location was central to everything we needed. Beautiful place in the perfect location
We had such a great long weekend stay at Mountainside 2 & 3. It was the perfect place to accommodate our large group of all ages. Having the two units adjoin made it feel like we were all together, but it was also great to have separate spaces. Being able to easily walk back and forth throughout the day between the place and Canyon lodge was also great. Both units were well stocked with all the essentials, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Great communication beforehand, during our stay and at check-out with ownership, making things very smooth. Looking forward to booking again on a future trip!

Great mountain home for big group!
We had a large group of runners getting ready for the Mammoth 50k race. This was the perfect spot for us to do group dinners, relax in hot tub after the race, sleep many people, etc. Would rent again!
