Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. We stayed on 8/9/24. There was no air conditioning during our stay. We had two fans in the room but it was still uncomfortable. For the price paid, I do not want to be sweating all night from lack of AC.

This is a good hotel to stay at Mammoth Lakes. It's clean. Its staffs are nice. Breakfast is good. If I would go to Mammoth Lakes again, I'll stay here again.

Everything worked as it should. Place just seemed a little tattered not thoroughly cleaned often. My little baby sons get got gnarly black just running around the room. Overall it's okay, but for the price I expected a little better.

The location of the property is good, close to some food options, and walkable to the Village area. The breakfast was good too. However, the AC in our rooms was not working; they had provided fans but it wasn't comfortable.
