Location: The holiday resort (urbanisation) Porto Cristo Novo is located on the east coast of Mallorca, 2.5 km south of the actual town of Porto Cristo. The holiday resort of Porto Cristo Novo was built in the 1970s on an extensive area along the coast, which is repeatedly interrupted by the small sandy bays of Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and Cala Estany (Playa Romantica). There are many detached villas, some apartment buildings, two hotel complexes with large parks and pools as well as a medical centre, pharmacy, restaurants and grocery shops. House: The detached corner house with approx. 130 sqm of living space is located on a quiet street with no through traffic on a corner plot of approx. 620 sqm and is completely fenced in and partially covered with an evergreen hedge. This means that the covered terrace is largely protected from view. The holiday home Casa Cinderella is a simply furnished, reasonably priced, very quietly located and well-equipped holiday home with private charm for the whole family. The last renovation was in 2017 when new water pipes and boiler were installed. The bathrooms and kitchen were renovated in 1992 with the roof extension. The bathroom on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2023. Equipment: The holiday home has two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, each with double beds (approx. 140-160 x 190 cm). 2 bathrooms with WC, bidet, washbasin and bathtub. Our house also has a guest WC with washbasin. The washing machine is located in a separate room. The kitchen of your holiday home is fully equipped with microwave, gas hob, electric oven and dining area. The living/dining room of the house has a cosy sofa set and a dining area for 6 people as well as SAT/HD TV. The living room also has a fireplace. Further equipment includes a VHS video recorder and a stereo system. Bed linen/towels For the duration of the booking per person. 1 set of bed linen (already put on) 1 towel 1 shower towel. If you need more, please order and pay when handing over the keys Beach: The beach Calla Anguila with its fine, almost white sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea is only about 10 minutes walk away. This beach is very suitable for families with children (toddlers). The beach is constantly supervised by a lifeguard from 10:00 to 18:00. There is a restaurant, WC and shower on the beach. You can also drive right up to the beach by car. In summer, however, car parking is very limited. However, it is possible to drive right up to the beach steps, as there are plenty of parking spaces along the residential road.
