The charming holiday home La Marisol is located directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. This semi-detached house forms the lower part of a two-storey house with easy access via a spacious courtyard and a lovely terrace with direct access to the small rocky plateau by the sea, ideal for swimming for experienced guests.
The flat is located on the ground floor without stairs and presents a spacious and cosy living-dining area with mixed satellite TV and breathtaking views of the bay. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has gas and ceramic hobs, a separate oven, a large fridge and a dishwasher for maximum convenience.
The master bedroom with double bed has its own en-suite bathroom, while a second bedroom with bunk beds offers space for two people and is ideal for children. There are a total of two comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The house is well isolated and has air conditioning for pleasant temperatures all year round, which can be used for an additional fee. Enjoy the deep blue sea right in front of the terrace and reach the centre of S'Illot and the bay's beautiful sandy beach in around 10 minutes on foot. In the opposite direction, the quiet beaches of Cala Morlanda are also within walking distance.

Lovely place, but in need of TLC.
The property located in a beautiful spot with a lovely view. You can hear the sea waves. Very calming! Very good restaurants are nearby.No need to drive. The air con is helpful. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. However, the equipment is very very old. The washing machine is rusty. The bedding and towels have seen better days. There is a dreadful smell from in the en suite bathroom. There is strange a brown smear in the utility room. We did not find wine glasses or an ironing board. The apartment is good, but some TLC is needed.

Bad smelling house I never never stay before
The first day when we checked inside the house, we noticed that there is very bad smelling inside the house, at the beginning, we thought that was maybe because this house didn’t rent for a while. But after we open all windows and doors for few hours, it doesn’t change anything. We realized that this smelling was from all the sinks, floor drains and toilets. Inside master room we couldn’t stay inside for sleep. I don’t suggest this owner to put this house for rental until she fix this problem because it is not good for people healthy at all!

Great apartment with wonderful views
We definitely will be back. Our first time in the part of Mallorca but wondering how we've missed it until now. At the quiet end of town but everything you'll need is 5 to 10 minutes walk. Plenty to do but you can just as easily sit on the veranda and watch the ever changing view. Apartment clean, tidy and for the main part well equipped. Only criticisms would be the lack of cloth or sponge to wipe down kitchen surfaces, the sweeping up brush kept falling off the handle and the parasol on the veranda had been damaged previously and was of little use. Would love to come back and will seriously consider whether we need a hire car or not as we never used it during our stay.

Lovely picturesque stay by the beach
A wonderful cottage by the beachside in a quiet beach community. I loved that the area is not as busy and populated as some of the other beach towns which meant after a long day of sightseeing and crowds we could come home and relax. The bed was fairly comfortable and the house did not need air con during the time of year we stayed. I do wish the large shower head had worked in the master bath, and there were a few other small things that kept this from being a 5/5, but it really is a lovely place to call home while visiting Mallorca.

Great location, beautiful water front property.
Listing as described. Easy walk to at least a dozen different restaurants as well as 4 swimming spots. Easy access to other towns as well as a close drive to caves of drach. Make sure you know ahead of time if you want air and ask for Wi-Fi password ahead as well. Especially if you are a late checkin. Wonderful experience all around though and would recommend.

Great cliff top getaway
Everything about the trip was as advertised and promised in the description. Clear arrival instructions, a clean and well equipped maisonette/ground floor flat that overlooks the cliff tops onto the sea. Situated in a quiet residential area, but only a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach, some bars and some great little restaurants. Thanks for the trip!

Very nice appartement with an amazing view on the seaside!
This appartment on the ground floor makes you feel in a private house with a large terrace on the border of the seaside. The appartment is confortable, with everything you need but the second bedroom was a bit small for our two teenagers.

Alles prima. Hat gut funktioniert. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Top Lage. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus. Schöne Buchten in der Nähe. Kleines Manko: Trotz Reklamation eines Sonnenschirm und der Dusche am Anreisetag wurde das während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben. In der Küche würden ein paar Gläser und Tassen mehr den Komfort deutlich erhöhen..

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Meer, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Das Kinderzimmer ist eher für kleine Kinder. Es gehen Leute an der Terasse vorbei, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Zur Not könnte man auch im Hof essen, da hat man seine Ruhe

Un environnement très appréciable
Nous avons séjourné à 4 ( couples et 2 ados) dans ce lieu paisible et reculé de tous les tumultes. Nous avons bien profité de la magnifique crique Cala Morlanda à 5 minutes à pied et de bien d’autres dans un périmètre de 30 minutes en voiture..La location était très propre, les informations reçues étaient conformes, et la terrasse sur la mer est somptueuse. Il est nécessaire de disposer d’un véhicule pour se déplacer librement dans le secteur. Je recommande cette location.

Wohnung in Traumlage.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Wir liebten die Lage wegen des Blickes und es hat uns nicht gestört, dass die Spaziergänger uns auf die Terrasse geblickt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen, wenngleich uns der Ort weniger gut gefallen hat. Aber mit dem Auto waren wir schnell in anderen Orten wie der Cala Romantica etc.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (7 und 4) dort Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter ist eine sehr liebe Frau und auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos. Ich hoffe es verschlägt uns mal wieder an diesen schönen Ort.

Tres belle location idéalement située : entre une plage de sable et crique de rochers, les deux accessibles a pied...café, bars et restau accessibles a pied !...il faut en revanche sillonner les environs pour laisser de cotés les bords de mer betonnés !... vue imprenable sur la Mediterranee depuis la terrasse !..

Super Urlaub in S‘illot
Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang geniessen und entlang der Wege am Meer spazieren. Die Wohnung bietet alles um einen schönen Urlau zu geniessen. Leider führt der Hundeversäuberungsweg direkt am Sitzplatz vorbei. Viele Hundebesitzer halten es nicht für nötig den Kot auftznehmen. Alles in allem, ist die Lage und die Wohnung super. Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer
Wir haben im Oktober 1,5 Wochen mit unserem 3jährigen Sohn in der Wohnung verbracht. Insgesamt hat uns alles gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Ein paar Punkte sind uns aufgefallen: - da es in der Umgebung auch "normale" Wohnhäuser gibt, muss man mit entsprechenden allfälligen Baulärm rechnen - man hört die oberen Wohnungen recht deutlich - je nach Wetterlage riecht es sehr streng aus dem kleineren Bad - einen eigentlichen Empfang bzw eine Einweisung gibt es nicht - die Agentur aber steht jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung und bemüht sich diese umgehend zu bearbeiten

Terrasse vue sur mer très agréable le matin pour le petit déjeuner et dès la fin d'après midi
Logement très propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire et idéalement situé pour visiter de Palma à Cap Formentor (tout à 1h30 environ au max). Logement situé dans un petit village dans la partie éloignée des hôtels balnéaires mais tout aussi prêt du centre donc dépaysement garantie sans les nuisances sonores et la foule !
