Yes you are correct we are not a new hotel. We are what we are, 3 star and the price of the rooms is reflecting this. It would seem that you stayed in our budget units, we could have up graded you if you had asked. Please enusre that if there is any maintence issues you report these to reception so that we can fix them. Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion.
