Couldn't Get In
There were multiple issues with this unit mainly pertaining to our access. There were multiple issues with the vacasa key pad and the code not working. When we arrived, the code was improperly regenerated and we were not able to access the house for more than 30 minutes. We were then given a temporary code (although not told it was temporary) and able to get in. On the second night we were also unable to get in to the house. We called again and were told that the new code we had been given had expired and we should have been given a back up key located in a lock box. The lock box was outside the door that was covered in ice leading up to it making it treacherous to access. This is apparently an ongoing issue with this unit and we had to wait another 30 minutes on the second night to get inside. The accommodations inside were nice overall, but there were a few issues. The designated parking space that we were given in the check in instructions was in use and the garage code did not open the other side of the garage so we had to park outside. The front door was covered in ice so it was dangerous to access. Additionally, there were not enough pillows and the toilet did not always flush fully. The wifi name that was posted on the wall was incorrect, but the password worked after guessing at which account it was.

Mostly a good stay
Everything was very clean for my family. It was a bit musty and because the space is over a garage they were woken up every morning between 5:30-6am when the owners would leave. Otherwise everything was great
