Used their electronic check in, cumbersome when your tired. Immediately noticed how dirty entire property was, all floors everywhere we looked, like the vacuum was broke. We were late so ordered dinner and food was expensive and just terrible. Service was poor, worst in three week trip. Don’t recommend this hotel and will not book a Clayton property again.

Negative experience
Arrived around midnight after flying in. The transfer was speedy and great. On arriving at the hotel, things started to go down hill. Despite doing the online check in, i hadnt been sent the details i needed to pick the key up from the machines. Went to the reception desk and was issued a room key. We got to the room and walked in on other guests! We were then reallocated to a different room and ordered room service as we hadnt eaten. All that is available at that time is pizza, which was fine but overpriced for what it was. But we were told there would be a 40min wait time. 15 mins after the expected 40mins we tried to contact reception via the inroom phone as it hadnt arrived. The phone didint work... food eventually showed up around 20mins after the time we were told without an apology. Staff were friendly and the room was clean but overall, very disappointed with our stay.
