Terrible!! Save your money and book elsewhere. The rooms are dated, they smell fusty. The food is overpriced frozen or microwave rubbish. We sent our food back. Every time someone ran the hot water the main boiler would kick in and a drilling sound could be heard in our room, this went on from 01.30 until our alarm going off at 06.30 The towels are rock hard and the toilet didnt flush. Told the male at reception about the lack of sleep and the loud sound from the boiler said he would put a note on our account but we’re yet to hear back from anyone from the hotel.

Very easy to get to from airport train and bus station. Also give freevtransport to your terminal if you book ahead. Excellent. Very comfy bed so a great nights sleep. We had the breakfast in the morning which is serve yourself and was very tasty .

Great for early flights

This is a great hotel for early flights, or even not so early. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a real bonus The staff are efficient and helpful. We ate in the Aviator Bar which was great for a light late lunch. We then had dinner in the restaurant when we were looked after by the lovely Daniel. He was friendly, attentive and charming. A real star.

First come first serve

We stayed at the hotel before an early morning flight. Checking in at 20:30 we were told that shuttle buses were full and it was first come first serve. We asked if there was an alternative option to receive the response ‘that’s your problem as the shuttles full’. Completely unhelpful staff on the front desk, hotel is ok, pillows are terrible but won’t be staying again due to the front desk.

Perfect hotel within walking distance to the airport. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was wonderful.
