My family and I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The mattress used for the sofa bed is probably from the 80s- it was springy and had no padding left at all. No matter how my husband positioned himself, there was a spring poking his body. The mattress on the king bed was better but the pillows were hard and gave my daughter and I a stiff neck. No sleep whatsoever and couldn’t wait to leave. Also, the carpet in the living area was full of stains (black/dark gray). We did not dare walk around without socks. Will never go back.

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in process of a facelift both outside and inside but that does not excuse curtains with stains and not properly hung up door frames with fingerprints stains on carpets garbage left under bed skirt. I hope with the facelift they also get a new house cleaning stuff that looks in the elevators and vacuums the entranceway carpets.
