The room is spacious, quiet and reasonably clean, save for that there are some slightly dirty markings on the walls and ceiling, and the shower tray has worn out marks.

The bed and pillow were terrible but we were in the older part of the hotel. When we asked to check in early, even stating we would pay, the lady at the front immediately said no. Then, the gentleman behind us asked to check in early and she allowed them. Other than those issues, we loved the convenience of walking to the Manchester United game, the bar was nice, and the coffee shop and the staff at the coffee shop were great.

The hotel is perfect for visitors to old trafford for cricket. Not much else close by, but a short cab ride or train to the city centre. The hotel is modern, in very good condition, clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great hotel for watching the cricket. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Only slight downside was the breakfast, no sausages and slow queues for hot drinks. However, overall, this was a great place to stay.

Stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised to be staying AT the cricket stadium. We were in a newer part of the complex, which has a restaurant, but we went down to the main restaurant/bar area and had a great conversation with the bar manager. Everyone was super nice, would definitely stay again.

Our check-in was quick and staff were very welcoming and helpful. On site laundry was free. You could buy pods if you didnt ha e your own. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer. Our air conditioner wasnt working right. We called the front desk and were told everything was working fine. The A/C would run for about 2-3 minutes before giving an error code and shutting off. The faucet in the bathroom leaked all over the counter anytime we turned it on.

The staff at check-in and restaurant were excellent, especially Philippe who guided my elderly parents thru several room changes due to faulty rooms (broken toilet etc). He was very detail oriented and made the changes efficiently. Thank you.

Nice, clean hotel…but
Nice hotel, clean and reception staff friendly. Disappointing breakfast service on one of the days. Long wait for hot food from the hot plate buffet, long wait for the 1 working coffee machine. Kitchen staff complaining about having to make more food.
