Building is a little tired and in need of updates and sprucing. But staff was excellent!! Clean, and plenty of hot water. Appreciated the help with taxi to airport

Our overall impression of HIEX Manchester Airport was excellent and offered real value for money. Reception staff extremely helpful, nice bar area and fresh grab & go breakfast available at 3am!! Only negative comment would be decor a bit tired in places.

We arrived about 3am in the morning so were absolutely exhausted and ready for a good nights sleep which unfortunately we never got.From entering our room all we heard was the room above us walking round the whole night to be honest we were glad to leave

Fantastic customer service on check in
The check in was fast easy and very friendly helpful staff.highly recommended. The room was nice very clean but no charging points which was a surprise in this modern world. We would have liked a bigger tv.the room was cold even with the extra electric heater on.It would be nice also not to be charged for parking as youve paid for your room even if its added to your room price. Close to airport.

On the website it claimed there was a free airport shuttle service. This turned out not to be the case. Otherwise it was a very good hotel with an extended check-out and a brilliant breakfast included in the cost of the room.

Adequate for our needs

Good but no shuttle service
It was the end of a business trip to the Manchester area and need to stay close to the airport. The room was good but it is not all that close to the airport and they do not have a shuttle service.

The receptionists were very efficient and friendly, room was a good size and clean. The bed was extremely soft, you sunk into it! The food was ok, nothing special but edible .
