Evening burger meal was just ok. Chips and onion rings were burnt. Shower creme bottle was empty. Rookie error. Otherwise, it was pretty clean, comfortable. Lots to chose for breakfast which was great. Handy for trafford centre and short walk to tram stop (bee network) which can get you round most of manchester. Would stay again.

We arrived and the room we were booked in had a not nice looking stain on the bed throw. Went to reception to report this. I thought they were going to change the throw, but they changed our room. A very good service. We didn't know breakfast was free. What a good selection, a bit busy around 9.30am, but overall very good

Not a great experience here. Poor welcome on arrival. Bedroom safe. Had Donna meat and chips inside it. And was open so no real excuse! Room cold.
