This hotel is outdated! The shower on hot water cycle made a very loud noise. The free breakfast is a joke. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant it’s connected to a diner. The food was awful. To make matters worse the supposedly free breakfast was actually a $13 dollar voucher! Very deceiving when I paid $300 for this hotel! Never again!

1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)

Everyone and everything was lovely. The only complaint I have is the hotel sends texts asking you to choose a check out time. I did and chose 11am yet the maid started knocking at the door before 9am and then again around 10:15.

Paid extra via hotels.com for breakfast for two. When we arrived, we asked about breakfast and they told us there was no breakfast included on our reservation. They ultimately gave us a voucher, but I still haven't seen the receipt so do not know if they charged us again. When we went to restaurant for breakfast, there was an hour wait for a table.

Creepy transient guy roamed about the property all night with staff doing nothing about his eerie presence and in fact allowing him to roam around barefoot in common areas including food and beverage area...disgusting and felt unsafe
